Woodbridge Court
Kitchen Design | Wilsonville, OR
…said our Wilsonville clients. As we talked further, they mentioned how much they admire the magnolia tree out their dining room window. At that moment, our inspiration was born.
With nature as our guide, we selected a soothing green for the lower cabinets and a blossom white for the uppers to bring this once dark galley kitchen to life. We then layered on white quartz countertops and a show stopping organic tile to create a light and airy space. Warm touches of antique brass and wood shelving complete the design for this truly inviting ‘heart of the home’.
Oak Street
remodel | Lake Oswego, OR
1986 KITCHEN REMODEL…Check! It was definitely time to say goodbye to the lowered soffits, oak cabinetry and tired appliances. The original entrance to the dining room was a 30” pocket door and the home owner shared “it never felt like a part of the house”. Opening this wall was our first objective and we are thrilled with the outcome. The new entryway brings in more natural light, enlarges the overall feel of the kitchen and creates this fantastic flow from the dining room all the way to the family room.
As a part of the Portland Area design community, working with LOCAL RESOURCES is always a priority. We consider it a privilege when we can support neighboring businesses, strengthen industry relations, revisit old and make new friends along the way.

OREGON HOME STRUCTURE + STYLE BATH DESIGN AWARD | ‘ZEN RETREAT’
Removing the 1980’s jacuzzi tub provided our team with a blank canvas to create an environment that the home owner will enjoy for years to come. With the addition of a luxurious shower, his & hers vanities and a spectacular tree-top view to enjoy while soaking in the free standing tub, we couldn’t be happier with the layout and functionality of this newly remodeled modern-zen master bath.
We are honored to be a part of this talented group of participants, nominees and winners. I would like to personally thank the Oregon Home Team and their wonderful sponsors Contract Furnishings Mart and Home Builders Association for this prestigious award.
Belly up! The drink of the day is ‘YES’.
We love the mix of the vintage KLIEGL BROS lights with the modern chandelier and chose a playful chevron tile for the backdrop area of the bar. To finish off the room, we gave the heirloom table a fresh look by adding a variety of unique and whimsical chairs.
After discovering the Tres Tintas wallpaper, our theme ‘Oh for the love of typography’ was declared. The vintage molding and spectacularly oversized corbels set the stage for the modern bullet pendant lights, vessel sink and steampunk mirror guest stars.
Iron Mountain Boulevard
visual mood board | Lake Oswego, OR
An exquisite mixture of metals and rich, moody colors set the tone for this Lake Oswego remodel. For a touch of romance, a dreamy mantle was added to the Master Bedroom.
Atwater Lane
home styling | Lake Oswego, OR
After all the hard work of downsizing and moving across town, my clients thought it would be refreshing to have a professional designer arrange their new haven.
As for me, hanging their stunning artwork and placing their beautiful furniture and accessories throughout the newly remodeled ranch style home was more like a play date than a work project.
PDX Airport
retail store design | Portland, OR
As the former Visual Director for Pendleton Woolen Mills, I had the honor of designing the new concept store located at the Portland Airport in 2012.
With my love of the mill's authentic aura, creating the design concept 'Industrial Mill Chic' came naturally. Scouring behind-the-scene areas of the mill was truly an inspirational adventure. Machine gears, scales, bobbins and bins were unearthed and brought back to life. These treasured and genuine finds became the perfect visual cues for brand story-telling while adding interest and intrigue to the overall shopping experience.
Alyson Whitney Co.
Kiosk Design
Bridgeport Village | Tigard, OR
‘Celebrating Pets’ is Alyson Whitney’s company mantra and the inspiration behind everything she creates. If you’re a pet lover, check out her striking and whimsical tote bags, pillows, scarves and more. I’m tellin’ ya now, you won’t come away empty handed (or maybe it’s empty pawed ;).
Thank you Alyson, for the privilege of designing your seasonal kiosk at Bridgeport Village, I had a blast.
Oregon Historical Society
Exhibit Design & Installation
Portland, OR
As a part of the 2013 History Makers events, I had the honor of creating a Pendleton Woolen Mills Exhibit at the Oregon Historical Society. The vignettes showcased the launch of the 'Thomas Kay' line, a seasonal snapshot of 'The Portland Collection' and highlighted display cases of historical events throughout the 800 square foot exhibit.
